Position Overview:
As a Relief Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and prospects while assisting a lead agent. You will be responsible for assisting with sales inquiries, providing product information, and maintaining exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the absence of regular staff.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Provide detailed information about our homes, communities, and the buying process.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and maintaining records.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure continuity of service.
- Represent the company positively and professionally at all times.
Qualifications:
- Active DRE sales person or broker’s license, in good standing
- Previous experience, preferably in new home sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
