Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, with experience in office management, bookkeeping, and human resources. This role involves coordinating various administrative tasks, supporting team members, and maintaining an efficient work environment to support our company's growth and success. We are a family owned, heavy equipment repair facility.
Responsibilities and Experience
- Familiarity with an office setting in a manufacturing facility
- Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Human resource management and preemployment testing
- Scheduling company events and services as needed
- Handle OSHA compliance and all related safety policies
- Assist with bookkeeping, payroll processing, budgeting and financial record keeping
- Inventory management, and maintaining accurate filing systems, both physical and digitally within our accounting software
- Assist with ordering materials and supplies
- Handle vendor management, including negotiating contracts and maintaining supplier relationships
- Develop organizational procedures to improve workflow efficiency and support company objectives
- Handle marketing and promotional materials, and be able to act as a salesperson when needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $ $30.00 per hour
