We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Residential Maintenance Technician who can work independently, take direction well, and adapt quickly to changing priorities. What We’re Looking For:

2 years of apartment or residential maintenance experience

Strong knowledge of unit turns, move-in/move-out inspections, and general maintenance

Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude with residents and team members

Ability to use a smartphone and basic computer programs for work orders and reporting
-
Must be dependable and able to pass a background check
