Pay: $18–$20 per hour
Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday–Friday
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Electronic Assembler to perform precise electronic and electro-mechanical assembly operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with soldering, wire preparation, and subassembly integration in a production environment, and must be able to communicate clearly in English and follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
Responsibilities:
- Perform wire cutting, stripping, splicing, priming, and potting operations
- Assemble magnet stack boards, cable harnesses, and subassemblies
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructions
- Solder and de-solder through-hole and surface mount (SMT) components
- Perform mechanical assembly, crimping, staking, and fastening operations
- Conduct visual inspections and basic electrical tests to ensure quality
- Maintain accurate production records and follow all process documentation
- Comply with safety and ESD handling procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred
- 1 year of hands-on electronic assembly or soldering experience
- Proficient in soldering, wiring, and use of small hand tools
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English in order to follow work instructions and maintain safety standards.
- Ability to follow detailed drawings, schematics, and procedures
- Strong attention to detail, quality, and precision workmanship
