Duties
- Experience in the telephone construction industry
- Operating a Ditch Witch directional boring machine
- Operating a mini excavator
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
- Experienced equipment operators
Skills
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new techniques
- Basic understanding of construction processes and safety procedures
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and reliably
- Good communication skills to coordinate with supervisors and team members
- Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation is preferred. Class B drivers license.
- Experienced equipment operators
