Role Description
JMA Solutions is currently seeking a Lead Radio Technician / Intermediate Engineer to support FAA operations in Oklahoma City.
This role supports critical communication infrastructure, including installation, alignment, troubleshooting, and maintenance of mobile/power radio systems, RF distribution paths, antennas, and transmission systems. Responsibilities also include assisting with communication system design (RF and IP-based), performing preventative maintenance, calibrating equipment, and maintaining radio infrastructure across towers and dispatch environments.
Candidates should have strong knowledge of RF principles, electronics, and diagnostic tools (such as spectrum analyzers and signal generators), along with experience in telecommunications systems, cabling, and equipment rack installation. This position requires the ability to travel up to 50% and work at heights, including some tower climbing.
Additionally, JMA Solutions is hiring two Radio/Electronics Technicians supporting similar work. These roles require up to 75% travel, can be based within a 160-mile radius of Oklahoma City, and will require periodic travel to OKC (approximately four times per year). These positions are expected to support a 3-year effort.
