JMA is looking for a skilled Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Technologists (MT) for our Clayton Location.

JMA is looking for a skilled Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Technologists (MT) for our Clayton Location.
Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Technologists (MT) must have:
- Experience with direct patient contact and great sample collection technique
- Able to perform all laboratory testing according to practice and CLIA guidelines in a moderate complexity lab setting (i.e. kit testing, capillary & heel sticks, venipunctures)
- Ability to operate and maintain advanced laboratory equipment
- Ensure quality control and accurate reporting of results
- Excellent customer service skills
- Detail oriented
- Great time management
- Collaborate with other lab techs and healthcare professionals to support patient diagnosis and treatment.
- Ability to train other members of the healthcare team on sample collection and operation of laboratory equipment.
