Position Summary

We are looking for a dependable HVAC Installer Helper to assist our installation crews with residential and commercial HVAC projects throughout Boise, ID. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined and interested in learning the HVAC trade.

Responsibilities

• Assist installers with HVAC system installations and equipment replacement.
• Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials.
• Assist with ductwork, equipment placement, piping, wiring, and other installation tasks.
• Use basic hand and power tools safely.
• Follow directions, plans, and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with transporting materials and equipment to local job sites.
• Learn HVAC installation techniques and industry best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the lead installer or supervisor.
  
  

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work well with a team and follow instructions.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• HVAC or construction experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to safely lift and move tools, equipment, and materials.
