Pay (Hour rate Tips )
Hourly Rate: $16-$20 Tips
- Average team member makes $10,000 in tips per year

Essential Duties:
- Heavy lifting and removal of junk
- Driving a truck and trailer as well as a box truck
- Maintain company vehicles and tools
- Keep the vehicles fueled up at the end of the day
- Keep truck and equipment clean
- Report damages or missing tools
- Potential to come across hazardous waste, rodents, and insects
- Be able to take calls and text
- Communicate with customers
- Work outdoors
- Work great with others
- Enjoy manual labor
Requirements:
- Strong character and integrity
- Have reliable transportation
- Be hard working and enjoy physical labor with the ability to lift up to 75 pounds for an extended period of time
- Be committed to the highest level of customer service and helping others
- Perform all duties with the highest levels of safety in mind to avoid injury and property damage
- Have strong listening and critical thinking skills, and exercise good judgment.
