A growing construction materials company is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to grow business in the Northwest market. This role focuses on selling specialty construction systems including waterproofing, underlayments, sound control, leveling products, and related solutions to commercial construction customers.
The ideal candidate will have experience selling construction products or services to general contractors, specialty contractors, developers, and other construction professionals. Candidates with backgrounds in building envelope, waterproofing, flooring systems, concrete products, or construction chemicals are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and grow relationships with contractors, builders, and project stakeholdersIdentify new project opportunities and expand territory salesProvide product solutions and technical supportManage sales pipeline and territory growthWork with customers throughout the commercial construction process
Ideal Background:
