Our Outside Sales Team plays a key role in maintaining strong customer relationships, driving product sales, and developing new, high-value accounts—all while representing the company with professionalism.
Position Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and networking
- Consistently meet or exceed established sales targets
- Provide exceptional service to maintain and grow existing customer relationships
- Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively advise customers
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key vendor partners
Position Requirements
- Proven success in selling building materials to contractors
- Demonstrated commitment to outstanding customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong math and computer skills
- Effective time-management skills with the ability to work independently
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Current and valid state-issued driver’s license
