If hired you will be compensated at $24.00 per hour Once Jersey Mike's Phase I & III training certification has been completed, the Hourly wage will be $27 per hour. The certification process is between four to six months depending on candidate's prior experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing daily store operations to ensure efficiency and exceptional service.
- Participate in staff training programs to enhance team skills and performance.
- Supervise and support team members while fostering a positive, collaborative workplace.
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process to build a strong team.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe environment.
- Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improving customer satisfaction and operational success.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high service standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong background in hospitality management with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Experience as a general manager a with minimum of two years in Restaurants / quick-service is required
- Knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen operations.
- Proficiency in using POS systems
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to effectively train, motivate, and supervise staff.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work a full 40 -hour week.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have 2 year minimum managing a quick service restaurant
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure store environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to set priorities with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to provide feedback, opinions, and recommendations to support the store and its team.
- Must have open availability.
- Must have own vehicle and car insurance
