- Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in our electronic health record system

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
