Construction company in West Palm Beach is looking for a friendly, reliable Receptionist/Data Entry Clerk to join our team!
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Data entry
- Answer phones and take messages professionally
- Filing
- General office cleaning
- Run company errands as needed
Qualifications:
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- QuickBooks experience preferred
- Must have reliable transportation
Pay is based on experience
