*JOB DESCRIBTION: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Case Worker to join our team. As a Case Worker, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to individuals and families facing various challenges. Your role will involve conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and connecting clients with appropriate resources and services. The ideal candidate will have experience in motivational interviewing, case management, crisis intervention, and addiction counseling. Experience with developmental disabilities. Must have valid driver's license. No felony. Social Work assistant Associate degree required.
Pay rate is: $14 per hour

*Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide counseling and support to individuals and families dealing with a range of issues such as addiction, mental health, trauma, and relationship problems
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure the best outcomes for clients
- Assist clients in accessing community resources and services that can help meet their needs
- Advocate for clients' rights and provide guidance on navigating complex systems
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and progress
- Stay informed about current research, best practices, and legal regulations related to casework
*Experience:
The successful candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:
- Experience in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans
- Knowledge of various therapeutic approaches, including motivational interviewing, Christian counseling, and addiction counseling
- Familiarity with case management principles and practices
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Experience with crisis intervention and trauma-informed care is preferred
- Proficiency in clinical research methodologies and data analysis is a plus
