VideographerJob Overview:

Jluxlabel is seeking a skilled and creative Videographer to produce high-quality video content for digital platforms, especially for performance ads. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling, a strong portfolio of social media videos (particularly Reels and TikTok), and a deep understanding of trends in social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. You will collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging and polished video content while managing multiple projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shoot and edit video content for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and guidelines.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm, develop, and execute video content for performance ads.
• Perform color correction and post-production edits to enhance video quality and ensure consistency.
• Manage and organize video files, ensuring proper formatting and optimal performance across platforms.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and utilize new techniques in videography and video editing.
• Contribute to the creative process, bringing fresh ideas to video content creation.
• Organize and track multiple projects, meeting deadlines with high attention to detail.
• Responsible for keeping track of equipment to optimize shooting schedules and overall ensuring the proper handling/transporting or video/audio equipment to ensure safety protocols are being followed and the equipment is properly handled and maintained with care

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years in videography with a strong portfolio showcasing performance ads and social media content.
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and motion graphics tools (Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator). Expertise in color correction and photography lighting.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices for creating engaging content.
• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong communication skills, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Passion for learning and staying current with social media and influencer marketing trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
