Order Selector

At JLR AIR CONDITIONER, we pride ourselves on delivering top-quality HVAC services and products. We are currently hiring an Order Selector to ensure accuracy and efficiency in preparing orders for our service teams and customers. This position is perfect for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Select HVAC equipment, tools, and parts based on order requests
• Check product codes and quantities to ensure accuracy
• Safely prepare and stage items for pickup or delivery
• Keep work areas organized, clean, and safe
• Support warehouse operations, including loading/unloading when needed
• Work with team members to meet daily order fulfillment goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior warehouse/order selecting experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.50 per hour
