Ideal Qualities & Experience
- Experience supporting individuals with non-verbal autism
- A calm, confident presence and comfort providing structured, predictable support
- Willingness to work in a pet-friendly home
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Daily Responsibilities
- One-on-one engagement and supervision
- Assistance with personal care and hygiene
- Meal preparation
- Remaining steady and patient during moments of escalation
- Providing consistent, compassionate support that helps this teen feel secure and understood
- Experience with de-escalation is a plus
Pay: From $14.42 per hour
