What your day-to-day will look like:
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing and plant electrical equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance and calibration activities following established procedures
- Install electrical systems and equipment according to NEC provisions and industry best practices
- Create work notifications, follow up on repairs, and order required parts and materials
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation
- Service, clean, inspect, and repair equipment using various hand and power tools
- Communicate effectively with site management and team members regarding equipment status and improvements
- High School Diploma or GED (Technical school education preferred)
- 3-5 years of recent experience in the electrical trade
- Knowledge of safety procedures including Arc Flash Protection and Lock Out Tag Out
- Experience with controls and control systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches
- Advanced math calculation skills and basic computer proficiency
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Journeyman's Card certification
- Technical school education or formal apprenticeship completion
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
- Experience with machining equipment such as band saws and drill presses
- Knowledge of PLCs and electronic control systems
- Familiarity with manufacturing laboratory environments
Work Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm
Salary : $77,750 - $86,528
