What this job involves:
Provide strategic leadership and oversight of a team responsible for supplier onboarding, procurement deliverables, and operational transition support across multiple client accounts. Serve as a subject matter expert in support of JLL transition strategies, processes and tools, while fostering supplier and client relationships.
- Lead team of Transition Coordinators across multiple client transitions, managing resource allocation, capacity planning, and workload distribution to meet project timelines and requirements
- Support Transition Operations through change management, process standardization, training development, and platform support for the transition team
- Oversee supplier onboarding processes, data entry/management, and quality control of supplier information through Sourcing & Procurement technology platforms
- Ensure team compliance with due diligence requirements, including supplier file maintenance, Certificates of Insurance, Rate Cards, and JLL/client compliance standards
- Manage team coordination of supplier correspondence, establish escalation protocols, and maintain effective collaboration frameworks with internal and external partners
- Provide mentoring, training, and performance management for team members, fostering professional development and operational excellence
- Drive process improvement initiatives and technology optimization across JLL Sourcing & Procurement platforms
- Excellent leadership and people management skills with proven ability to manage teams in decentralized environments and oversee multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills – oral and written – with proven track record of driving process improvements and operational excellence
- Project management experience required. Business transitions experience and experience managing facility management or integrated services preferred
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis) and experience with procurement technology platforms
- Strong analytical ability with experience in performance metrics analysis, dashboard creation, and data-driven decision making. Demonstrated change management mindset with ability to identify and drive process efficiencies
- Proven ability to work within time-sensitive deadlines while maintaining quality standards. Experience with supplier management, supplier onboarding, and compliance oversight
