Strategic Sourcing Specialist – (Remote)
We are looking for a Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join JLL, supporting sourcing strategies and supplier management across facility operations and capital projects for client campus in life sciences, manufacturing, and industrial environments in Puerto Rico.
This person can live in the U.S. but open to travel to Puerto Rico up to 20% of the time.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working hands-on with vendors, driving cost efficiencies, and collaborating with both operations and project teams. You will play a key role supporting critical facilities and projects in highly regulated and fast-paced environments.
What you’ll be doing:
We are looking for a Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join JLL, supporting sourcing strategies and supplier management across facility operations and capital projects for client campus in life sciences, manufacturing, and industrial environments in Puerto Rico.

What you’ll be doing:
- Lead sourcing processes end-to-end: supplier identification, RFPs, bid evaluations, and onboarding for Puerto Rico client Campus
- Manage suppliers across facility services (janitorial, security, maintenance, landscaping, etc.)
- Support procurement for capital projects including fit-outs, renovations, and small construction projects (typically under $300K)
- Partner with project managers and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Analyze market trends, pricing, and supplier performance to drive better sourcing decisions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and risk management standards
- Collaborate with Legal and Risk teams to review and execute contracts
- Build strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders across multiple client sites
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain
- Experience supporting facility services and/or construction/project procurement
- Experience in regulated environments (pharma, manufacturing, GMP) is strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (fully bilingual)
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and procurement systems
- Experience in IFM (Integrated Facility Management) environments
- Knowledge of vendor performance management and SLAs
- Exposure to capital projects or construction sourcing
- Experience with sourcing strategies and cost optimization initiatives

Salary : $85,000 - $96,000
