Job Summary
As part of a Technical Services team, the Manager position reports to the Director of Operations for HVAC and is responsible for leading the development of preventative maintenance programs to ensure continuous facilities operations. This position oversees the Maintenance Planner/Schedulers and works collaboratively with the Quality Management (PqM) team and CMMS Manager to ensure building systems are maintained, repaired, and replaced in accordance with the Client's and JLL's operations standards.
What this job involves
Manage Preventative Maintenance schedules across the JLL portfolio Utilizing CMMS for building and maintaining workplans and schedules
Lead the PM team in maintaining full compliance of SLA as it pertains to the PM program.
Review operations, quality control and maintenance reports, and statistics to plan and modify maintenance activities
Ensure all regulatory requirements are accounted for in accordance with Client and JLL standards
Work directly with Director of Operations for HVAC and Sr. Director of Technical Services to ensure all required performance tasks are accounted for in planning
Support the Client to develop and manage annual maintenance budget
Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency while maintaining service quality.
Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective action plans as necessary.
Collaborate with procurement and vendor management teams to select and manage vendors and service providers.
Monitor vendor performance, address issues, and drive continuous improvement.
Negotiate contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing terms to optimize value and ensure quality service delivery.
Research and propose equipment and employee utilization for cost-effectiveness
Prepare and compile operating reports for senior management
Analyze and interpret performance data to effectively synthesize outcomes for Client's requirements
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and identify opportunities for additional services.
Collaborate with internal teams to align service delivery with client requirements and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to implement innovative solutions and maintain high-quality operations.

5 years of relevant experience
Background in stationary or mobile engineering
Understanding of building systems and maintenance methods
Strong computer skills in MS Office, CMMS
Ability to calculate financial figures and equipment performance
