Role Purpose The Occupancy Planner supports enterprise clients in planning, optimising and managing occupancy across their real estate portfolios. Operating under the direction of the client, this role combines strategic occupancy planning and data analytics expertise to deliver efficient, flexible and high‑performing workplaces aligned to business objectives. Key Responsibilities Strategic Occupancy Planning & Space Optimisation Develop and maintain occupancy plans, move sequencing strategies and space allocation scenarios across buildings, campuses or regions Conduct scenario modelling and space utilisation analysis to support growth, change and portfolio optimisation Ensure compliance with corporate space standards, policies and design guidelines Client & Program Support Serve as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day occupancy requests and planning initiatives Support CRE governance and approval processes through high‑quality documentation and financial analysis Assist the client with operational reporting, planning activities and strategic initiatives Data, Analytics & Reporting Manage people and space data, ensuring accuracy through validation and reconciliation Deliver regular reporting on occupancy metrics, utilisation and KPIs Translate complex data into clear insights and executive‑ready presentations Track and report space requests and program performance Skills, Experience & Qualifications Experience & Background Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Real Estate, Business or related field 5 years’ experience in occupancy planning, space management, corporate real estate or facilities management Proven experience supporting enterprise‑scale occupancy planning programs Strong understanding of workplace strategy and space optimisation concepts Technical & Professional Skills Excel and PowerPoint Experience with IWMS / CAFM platforms and occupancy planning tools Strong analytical capability with understanding of space measurement standards Ability to prepare financial and approval materials Personal Attributes Highly organised, detail‑oriented and proactive Confident communicator able to work with senior stakeholders Collaborative and comfortable working under client direction Location: –Taipei, Taiwan, China If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
