Objective Perform valuation of Real Estate assets including technical review, consultancy and market analysis Assist the team in project management/ working result quality control /people management Accountabilities · Lead and execute assigned projects/engagements smoothly and efficiently with fully responsibility undertaken · Preparation of Valuations in the PRC – including market research, data analysis, site inspections, preparation of valuations and report writing · To liaise with clients, auditors, investment bankers, lawyers and other intermediaries in the course of completing the assignment · Build/Participate and maintain influential relationships with clients · Cooperation Assistance to and cooperation with other departments or projects are satisfactory · Business leadership proactively seek to improve the business, the working environment and team performance · Carry out any other assignments as instructed by Department Head or other company directors Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience · Graduate degree in real estate, surveying, economics or business related discipline · Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience · A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skill · Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese · Qualified member of a real estate / property institute(s) is a plus (eg.
