What your day-to-day will look like:
Salary: $59,000 to $73,000

What your day-to-day will look like:
- Perform preventive maintenance and repair work orders on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems
- Conduct facility inspections and report on conditions impacting client occupancy and operations
- Complete general interior maintenance including patching, painting, furniture repair, and fixture installation
- Replace lighting, ballasts, and assist with building equipment maintenance as directed
- Move office furniture, machinery, and equipment as requested by operations team
- Update work order status in real-time using CMMS systems like Corrigo
- Complete hazard assessments and maintain compliance with safety procedures and local codes
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid state driver's license with reliable transportation
- 1-3 years of experience in general building repair and maintenance
- Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge and experience
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work from heights up to 30 feet
- Third-party certification as required by jurisdiction
- Experience with CMMS systems (Corrigo or similar platforms)
- Familiarity with commercial building operations and maintenance protocols
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and hazardous materials handling
- Experience working in client-occupied facilities
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and components
