Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

What your day-to-day will look like:
- Receive, unpack, and verify incoming materials, samples, and supplies for appropriate labeling and documentation accuracy
- Store materials in designated areas following established procedures and guidelines, ensuring proper labeling and segregation
- Retrieve and prepare materials for production operations as requested by team members
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely and efficiently
- Accurately document the chain of custody for all materials, including date, time, and personnel involved
- Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in regular cycle counts to ensure data integrity
- Participate in training sessions to stay current on procedures, regulations, and best practices
- Complete additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team operations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 5 years of demonstrated experience in a warehouse or laboratory setting
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work activities
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to work overtime or temporarily adjust shift schedule as needed
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience using inventory management systems (IMS) effectively
- Familiarity with material handling regulations and compliance requirements
- Previous experience with chain of custody documentation processes
- Knowledge of proper material storage, labeling, and segregation protocols
