Job Summary: The HR Onboarding Specialist at JLL is responsible for the administration of onboarding and offboarding operations and providing exceptional support to new hires and leavers on a data center client account. - Lead end-to-end onboarding and offboarding operations for the data center client account, orchestrating a structured and efficient experience for JLL employees
- Manage collection and verification of required documentation and ensure timely completion of pre-employment requirements, including background screenings, drug tests, and I-9s
- Prepare and distribute comprehensive onboarding materials and training resources, including leading onboarding sessions as necessary
- Ensure systems access is removed from leavers and equipment is returned as necessary
- Create and maintain accurate employee profiles in HRIS and related systems, ensuring data integrity and up-to-date information
- Coordinate provisioning of equipment, technology access, and system credentials for new hires
- Assist new employees and leavers with completion of essential paperwork, including employment forms, payroll documentation, etc.
- Partner with hiring managers, recruiters and HR business partners to ensure seamless transition from recruitment to onboarding and from employee to leaver
- Stay current on company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations to ensure full compliance throughout the onboarding and offboarding process
- Foster positive relationships with new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed, supported, and successfully integrated into their teams
- Provide ongoing guidance and support, addressing questions and concerns throughout the onboarding and offboarding journey
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to all data protection policies
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Previous experience in onboarding, HR coordination, or similar operational roles
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation and employee record management
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
