What this job involves: As a Facilities Manager at JLL, you will serve as the single point of contact for daily FM operations and management across assigned sites. - Serve as the primary contact for daily facilities management operations across single or multiple assigned sites
- Matrix manage technical and administrative staff while maintaining responsibility for team performance and morale
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to define scope, coordinate supplier walk-throughs, and manage supplier performance
- Maintain regular HR contact for people management, Learning & Development programs, and leave planning
- Establish annual budgets and track expenses against budget according to client processes
- Monitor KPI performance targets and SLA compliance, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Lead participation in local JLL and account innovation programs while redeploying best practices from other teams
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management
- Minimum 5 years of facility management experience with corporate or third-party service providers
- Strong business acumen including financial planning and analysis capabilities
- Proven ability to manage within budget and time constraints
- Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills
- Experience with commercial goals management for FM operations
- Experience with multi-site facility management operations
- Knowledge of JLL Experience Clean Supplier Partnership program requirements
- Familiarity with Workday HR guidelines and documentation processes
- Background in implementing innovative cost-reduction programs and procedures
- Experience with client service reporting and communication protocols
Salary : $111,650 - $161,920
