What your day-to-day will look like:

What your day-to-day will look like:
- Lead implementation of strategic short and long-term facility projects while ensuring uninterrupted day-to-day operations, communications, and critical infrastructure performance in secure environments
- Develop and implement innovative operational programs, processes, and procedures that reduce costs, increase productivity, and enhance reliability across critical systems
- Manage capital and expense budgets through close client collaboration, financial analysis, and monthly/quarterly variance reporting to ensure fiscal responsibility and transparency
- Oversee comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting while preparing tenant financial reports including billing reconciliation, credits, and operating expense statements
- Direct and supervise vendor performance and contractor activities during standard operations and critical after-hours periods including nights and weekends to maintain 24/7 operational readiness
- Develop and execute annual management plans that align facility operations with client objectives while maintaining compliance with security protocols and critical environment standards
- 6 years of facilities management experience in corporate environments, critical facilities, or third-party service provider roles with proven success in complex operations
- Demonstrated expertise managing critical environments such as data centers, laboratories, secure facilities, or mission-critical operations requiring high reliability and uptime
- Strong organizational and leadership capabilities within matrixed organizations including oversight of technical staff, administrative teams, and vendor partners
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to interface effectively with executive stakeholders and secure environment personnel
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, MS SharePoint, and CMMS/Work Order systems with strong financial acumen for budget management and reporting
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related technical discipline
- Experience managing multiple facilities simultaneously with varied critical functions and operational requirements
- Comprehensive knowledge of building systems, critical infrastructure, telecommunications, security systems, and emergency preparedness protocols
- Professional certifications such as CFM (Certified Facility Manager), FMP (Facility Management Professional), or PMP (Project Management Professional)
- Financial management experience including P&L responsibility, capital planning, and lifecycle cost analysis
Salary : $110,000 - $125,000
