Benefits to eligible employees, include: Group Insurance Plan Annual Leave Labor Insurance National Health Insurance Employee Welfare Committee Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) What this job involves ·Operation and maintenance at location office& factory facilities ·Facilities systems include clean rooms, air conditioning, electricity, water supply and drainage, process cooling water, exhaust air, high-pressure air, nitrogen, fire protection, etc. ·Patrol of factory facilities; daily maintenance work and abnormal handling; fault improvement and troubleshooting ·Supervision and management of factory environment cleaning and disinfection work ·Ensure snacks/drinks/coffee and daily supply in the pantry ·Execute industrial safety and health management ·Facilities repairs and general affairs work ·Management Facilities operation procedure and records Include making briefing data analysis ·Monitoring and simple troubleshooting of SCADA systems ·Preventive improvement countermeasure capabilities for factory facility maintenance ·Assist in plant engineering improvement and construction project support · Integrated management of factory supply/construction supplier search and quotation ·Progress control and interface coordination of factory repair or equipment replacement projects ·Workplace responsibility includes Tainan/Kaohsiung/ Chiayi Office ·Work items assigned by the factory manager ·General affairs work such as reception Interested?
