This is a Facilities Coordinator role supporting the JLL Operations Team. What your day-to-day will look like:
- Manage the Work Order System end-to-end, including analyzing service requests, identifying duplicates, initiating new requests, and monitoring work orders dispatched to suppliers to ensure SLA compliance
- Coordinate and schedule service activities at Postal Service sites, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations
- Provide timely reporting and maintain accurate, up-to-date systems data for account processes, procedures, and metrics, including consolidation in Excel
- Act as liaison between vendors, account teams, and service providers, offering direction and information to ensure excellent coordination and execution of work
- Effectively manage critical issues with a zero-target approach for controllable incidents and missed services caused by vendors
- Coordinate vendor performance discussions and support vendor quality assurance efforts
- Support the account team with appropriate platforms, tools, processes, and procedures to meet service requirements and drive new client business
- Knowledge and experience in delivery and management of Facility Services
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational, management, and supervisory skills
- Self-starter with strong ability to work independently and prioritize multiple responsibilities to ensure successful completion
- Knowledge of standard business and accounting practices
- Knowledge of "Corrigo" Work Order system
- Experience with vendor management and quality assurance processes
- Familiarity with service level agreement (SLA) management and compliance monitoring
- Experience supporting large-scale facility operations or postal service environments
- Background in client-facing roles within facility management
