TECHNICAL

The Employee Relations Consultant will actively promote collaboration and help all business lines and HR Centers of Excellence working towards supporting the US region. This position reports directly to the US Head of Employee Relations
- Functions as a collaborative coach, providing guidance and support to the performance team and HR colleagues
- Partners with the ER Lead to oversee and advise on workforce reduction initiatives, mitigating associated risks.
- Conducts investigations of potential employment law violations, including Title VII, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and NLRA.
- Independently resolves complex ER cases by gathering relevant information, analyzing findings, and applying company policies to reach conclusions.
- Consults, guides, coaches, and advises senior executives, HR Business Partners, and HR Leadership team members in collaboration with legal on high-risk and complex matters.
- Identifies and resolves employee concerns through recommended actions and oversight.
- Analyzes case trends to recommend HR and business strategies, addressing systemic issues through proactive coaching and training.
- Maintains accurate and exemplary investigation records; provides case management and data entry guidance to their colleagues as needed.
- Collaborates on evaluating and refining internal policies and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Occasional travel may be required.
TECHNICAL
- Extensive knowledge of employment, wage, and hour, FMLA, and EEO laws and regulations.
- Expertise in internal investigation principles.
- Strong project management skills.
- Skilled in gathering, synthesizing, analyzing, and reporting ER data.
- Ability to effectively communicate data, trends, and their impact on the team and company.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Teams, and other telecommunications software.
- Familiarity with HR systems such as Navex, ServiceNow, or Workday
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial or Labor Relations or related field (Post-graduate HR or Legal experience preferred).
- 5 years of employee relations experience.
- Bilingual Spanish Speaker
Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
