Atividades: Coordenar as atividades de prestação de serviços terceirizados, como limpeza, controle de pragas, gestão de resíduos, jardinagem e paisagismo, máquinas de café, purificadores de água Avaliar o desempenho das equipes e desenvolver métodos alternativos para melhorar o fluxo de trabalho Controlar as despesas e custos previstos Realizar vistorias diárias, semanais e mensais na operação Coordenar a abertura e fechamento de chamados Controlar estoque de insumos de higiene e fazer compras mensais Fornecer suporte administrativo aos funcionários Elaborar relatórios, controles e KPI´s Coordenar as atividades do time sob a sua responsabilidade Requisitos Graduação em Engenharia, Administração ou áreas afins Vivência na área de gestão de Facilities (limpeza, segurança, manutenção, jardinagem) Gestão de fornecedores e gestão de equipes Conhecimento do Pacote Office Inglês ou Espanhol avançados Location: Blumenau | SC A JLL tem uma cultura diversa e inclusiva.
