The LES (Lab Equipment Services) Planning & Scheduling team serves as the central hub for achieving planned, predictable performance across our SSF site. What your day-to-day will look like:
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate calibration, maintenance, and repair activities for laboratory instrumentation in accordance with GMP requirements and established work procedures
- Interact directly with scientists, engineers, and production staff to collect instruments requiring service, gather technical specifications, and coordinate work execution by desired due dates
- Process shipping and receiving activities with external calibration vendors, review vendor documentation per established procedures, and manage purchase orders in coordination with procurement
- Identify scheduling efficiencies by coordinating jobs based on location, equipment type, technician availability, and workload capacity while maintaining a 4-6 week planned work backlog
- Verify technician training requirements and coordinate necessary training to ensure qualified execution of scheduled maintenance activities
- Determine parts availability, order necessary components, and estimate labor hours required to complete planned operational activities
- Conduct physical inspections of work locations and meet with customers as necessary to ensure successful work execution and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- 1-2 years of maintenance technical experience in planning fields or related work experience
- Driver´s license
- Solid proficiency in MS Windows and Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Experience with SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Software or similar enterprise resource planning systems
- Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) requirements and documentation standards
- Familiarity with laboratory instrumentation calibration and maintenance processes
- Understanding of procurement and purchase order management workflows
- Experience coordinating with external vendors and managing vendor relationships

Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
