Key Responsibilities Provide operational support to the Payroll Team, with primary focus on leaver final payment processing (e.g., salary pro-ration, unused leave settlement, deductions) and preparation of calculation breakdowns for review approval. Perform payroll administration tasks including data input, data validation, and document checking in payroll HR systems (e.g., IPL) and Excel trackers. Support the monthly payroll cycle by assisting in pre-payroll checks, exception checking, and follow-up on missing incorrect information with internal stakeholders. Maintain proper eFiling and audit trail for payroll documents (e.g., approvals, leaver supporting documents, calculation worksheets). Support HRIS payroll system initiatives, including UAT testing, test case execution, defect logging, user coordination, and basic data preparation. Prepare routine trackers reports (e.g., final payment tracker, leaver list, outstanding documents list) and support ad-hoc tasks as assigned. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. 1–2 years of relevant experience in payroll / HR operations or administrative support; experience with final payment handling is an advantage. Comfortable with HR / payroll systems and data processing; experience with IPL is a plus (training can be provided). Strong attention to detail and good numerical sense; able to work under tight timelines with high accuracy. Good Excel skills (e.g., formulas, VLOOKUPXLOOKUP; PivotTables is a plus). 6-month contract (subject to business needs and performance; potential extension may be considered). Immediate availability / short notice is preferred.
