Manejar el día a día de las operaciones financieras, monitoreando y asegurando el uso eficiente de las herramientas proporcionadas por el cliente, garantizando una cartera sana mediante la recuperación de ingresos y el cumplimiento de los KPI's establecidos. Zona de trabajo: Santa Catarina, Nuevo León Horario de trabajo: Lunes a Sabado de 9:00 a 18:00 Sueldo Bruto Mensual: $21,500.00 Modalidad de trabajo: Presencial ¿Cuál es tu día a día? Asegurar el registro contable de los gastos por servicios (luz, agua, gas, Telmex, Alestra, Pesa Net) y facturación JLL en el RP del cliente Llevar a cabo el proceso de pago de facturas de JLL en el RP del cliente Garantizar el envío mensual de prorrateo de servicios y layout de facturación para el cobro de estos Solicitar los rebalanceos de presupuestos en Oracle necesarios para la operación Realizar y presentar reportes mensuales SOBR Asegurar los entregables de acuerdo con las fechas establecidas por cliente y JLL Tener comunicación activa y efectiva con el área financiera del cliente Experiencia y habilidades técnicas deseadas Experiencia de 5 años en rol similar Liderazgo y responsabilidad Capacidad de análisis y negociación Planificación estratégica Orientación a resultados Resolución de problemas Trabajo en equipo Si esta descripción de trabajo resuena contigo, te alentamos a postularte. ¡Estamos interesados en conocerte y en el valor que puedas aportar a nuestra empresa!
