Provide the highest level of customer service support for property needs to JLL clients. Reps are required to abide by all JLL policies, including but not limited to attendance, performance, IT Usage, etc. This position requires answering the phone and interacting with customers & clients.

Property Administrative Assistant
Job Summary
Provide the highest level of customer service support for property needs to JLL clients. Reps are required to abide by all JLL policies, including but not limited to attendance, performance, IT Usage, etc. This position requires answering the phone and interacting with customers & clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls
- Rep is to provide customer service to all callers and customers who need assistance at the property. Rep is to follow the escalation process for all urgent and emergency work.
- Email Processing
- Process work order related emails (only during weekends and overnight shifts).
- Any projects or assignments as requested.
- Dispatch security or maintenance staff as needed
- Responsible for sales of gift cards
- Customer Service
- Typing at 45 words per minute
- Computer Program experience
- Experience working in a professional environment
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word & Excel)
- Corporate Real Estate experience preferred

Physical Work Requirements And Work Conditions
- Reps are required to sit at a desk and talk on a phone/headset while typing on a computer for the majority of the work day.
- Reps may also have to stand behind a customer service desk for an extended period of time.
