You’ll qualify buyers, generate leads, and help clients turn their dream of homeownership into reality.
Key Responsibilities
- Open and close model homes daily and ensure they are presentation-ready
- Greet walk-in guests, register visitors, and provide detailed information about available homes and communities
- Learn and communicate product knowledge, including floor plans, elevations, room options, and included features
- Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and scheduled appointments
- Write contracts, qualify buyers, and guide clients through the sales process
- Network and generate new leads through referrals
- Maintain accurate CRM and electronic files
- Understand off-site homebuilding and assist buyers with land acquisition or site selection
- Attend company sales meetings and trainings
- Support additional administrative or marketing duties as needed
- Weekend hours required
- 2 years of sales experience (real estate or new home sales preferred)
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Knowledge of residential home building or construction basics
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Tech-savvy with basic Excel skills and CRM experience
- Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable
- Real estate license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Professional, friendly, and confident demeanor
- Represent quality homes and reputable communities
