Job description : The LMS Contractor will manage, maintain, and enhance the eTrain2 Learning Management System (LMS) on the Cornerstone platform, ensuring system reliability, accessibility, and performance. The role includes user and course management, troubleshooting, system optimization, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities :
- LMS Operations & Maintenance : Oversee daily system operations, apply updates and patches, monitor performance, and suggest improvements.
- User Management : Create and manage user accounts, troubleshoot access issues, and generate reports on user activity.
- Course Management : Maintain course content, structure, and reporting tools, handle course enrollments and assessments.
- Support & Troubleshooting : Provide technical support, collaborate with instructional teams, and resolve issues.
- System Optimization : Perform health checks, improve system functionality, and optimize search and content features.
- Reporting & Analytics : Create custom reports on user progress and course compliance.
- Documentation & Training : Develop SOPs, user guides, and training materials for the LMS.
