We partner with customers to provide quality equipment, training opportunities and trusted support within the access industry. We are a global company, and our products—including mobile elevating work platforms, telehandlers, utility vehicles and accessories—can be found all over the world.

  • Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions for coating-related quality issues across manufacturing sites and the supply base.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements related to paint and coating operations.
  • Identify and mitigate risks that could impact product quality, production schedules, or customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to manufacturing teams and stakeholders on coating processes, equipment, and standards.
  • Lead cross-functional projects and influence decision-making to improve quality, reduce the cost of poor quality, and support business objectives.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement across global operations.
