YOUR IMPACT

- Manage internal quality tasks within an assigned production area.
- Identify and report quality issues to all levels of the Operations team.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to troubleshoot and resolve quality concerns.
- Communicate supplier-related quality issues to Supplier Quality Technicians and suppliers.
- Promote first-pass quality throughout the manufacturing process.
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings related to quality and production.
- Conduct process and final product audits based on engineering specifications.
- Operate or move JLG equipment as needed for inspection or troubleshooting.
- Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet business and production demands.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance, in-person and on-site.
- Computer literate with Microsoft office especially Excel, Word, and Power Point.
- Strong phone and communication skills.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Sound Business Acumen.
- Knowledge of standard measurement tools.
- Strong math skills.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Good driving record with minimal violations.

- This position is based in a manufacturing or production environment and may involve exposure to loud noise, dust, moving machinery, or temperature fluctuations.
- The role may require standing for extended periods, repetitive motions, lifting/carrying up to 35 pounds, pushing/pulling up to 50 pounds and up to 30 pounds sustained, bending, kneeling, climbing, or using tools and equipment.
- Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn when required.
- Visual and auditory acuity are needed for safe equipment operation and effective communication in a busy workspace.
