Description:
Works together with the kitchen team members in order to produce the highest quality food in the fastest amount of time. This Team Member helps reach the restaurant’s vision.
Restaurant Vision:
To be the best restaurant in Severn; that provides each guest with a “REMARK”able experience by serving fresh food, quickly, in a clean environment by a team that loves people.
Outcomes:
- Prepare each food item following exact Chick-fil-A recipes
- Ensures quality and freshness
- Practices food safety
- Ensure each order gets complete under 1 minute
- Keeps restaurant clean throughout shift
- No trash on the floor
- No crumbs on the counters
- Trash cans not overflowing
- Practices cost efficiency for food and paper items
- Able to work at least 3 Saturday’s each month
