Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Striping Foreman for a full-time, on-site position in Auburn, AL. The Striping Foreman will oversee and manage striping projects, including supervising teams, operating heavy equipment, and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role involves hands-on work, such as performing carpentry and maintenance tasks, communicating effectively with team members, and adhering to project timelines and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Supervisory skills with the ability to lead and manage a team effectively
• Proficiency with Thermoplastic and Paint Applications
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members
• Experience in road and parking lot striping and maintenance-related tasks
• A commitment to safety standards and ability to work on-site in a physically active role
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Previous experience in a similar role or construction/striping projects preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
