Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Concrete Foreman for a working foreman position to oversee and coordinate concrete construction projects on-site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing crews, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining project schedules. This role requires strong leadership, construction site experience, and a thorough understanding of construction regulations and safety standards to ensure successful project completion.
Duties
- Supervise and manage concrete crew members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality work.
- Coordinate daily construction activities, including scheduling and resource allocation, to meet project deadlines.
- Oversee the proper mixing, pouring, finishing, and curing of concrete according to project specifications.
- Enforce safety protocols on-site to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant construction regulations and standards.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to project managers.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize delays and maintain quality standards.
- Conduct safety meetings and enforce safety policies among crew members.
Requirements
- Proven construction site experience with a focus on concrete work such as walls, flat work, decorative, curb and gutter with ada experience.
- Previous experience in crew management and construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety management practices.
- Familiarity with construction regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to develop and manage construction schedules effectively.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment as this is a working foreman position.

Pay: $30.95 - $37.28 per hour
