We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Concrete Finisher to join our dynamic construction team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for Setting forms, shaping, smoothing, and finishing concrete surfaces to ensure durability, safety, and aesthetic appeal across a variety of projects. Duties
- Finish concrete surfaces by smoothing, leveling, and shaping using hand tools and power tools such as trowels, floats, and screeds.
- Install rebar reinforcement and prepare forms to ensure proper concrete placement and structural integrity.
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on-site.
- Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute project specifications.
- Apply finishing techniques including floating, troweling, caulking, and sealing to achieve desired surface textures.
- form work construction and removal during concrete pouring processes. including walls, curb and gutter, mono slabs and other flat work.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge of hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and concrete forming systems.
- Proven experience in blueprint reading, and interpreting schematics for precise execution.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during renovation or new construction projects.
