What are the responsibilities and job description for the Microbiology Analyst – Evening shift position at JLA International Inc?
JLA International, a Leader in Food Safety, is now accepting applications for an Administrative Support position at its facility in Edenton, NC.
Ideal candidates will possess the following:
– A High School diploma or GED (required)
– Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Word)
– Experience with administrative and general support tasks
– Ability to demonstrate sound judgment in day-to-day interactions and communicate effectively
– A detail-oriented approach in handling all tasks (e.g., ability to organize large amounts of information and track multiple deadlines)
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to lift, load & unload heavy packages
Job duties include but are not limited to:
– Receive samples & ensure test(s) requested meet requirements
– Notify customers of discrepancies and/or missing paperwork
– Data entry into Laboratory Information Management System
– Assist with general office duties
– Willing to train as backup for Courier
This is a full-time position in which the employee will be eligible for standard benefits after a brief waiting period. The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 6:30am to 3:30pm.
