What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building wall panels and roof trusses
- Using nail guns, saws, tape measures, and hand tools
- Following layouts and basic construction drawings
- Working on a team-based production line
If you can read a tape measure and want to learn construction skills, we can train you.

- Reliable attendance
- Comfortable working with tools
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
