2nd Shift Driver Manager / Dispatcher
Greensboro, NC | Full-Time | On-Site
Are you a motivated, problem-solving individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? A Greensboro-based trucking company is seeking a self-directed and dependable team player to join us as a Driver Manager/Dispatcher.
This is a dynamic, in-office role that requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a calm, solution-oriented approach under pressure. Prior transportation experience is a plus—but not required. We’re happy to train the right candidate who’s eager to learn and grow with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with drivers to ensure shipments are running on schedule.
- Coordinate with the customer service team to meet customer expectations.
- Update and maintain dispatch software with accurate, timely information.
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve unexpected challenges such as breakdowns, weather delays, or traffic issues.
- Review and process driver paperwork.
- Take on additional operational tasks as your skill set expands.

- Proficient with computers and data entry.
- A genuine understanding of how dispatch operations impact company success.
- Monday - Friday; 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm work shift.
- Flexible with hours.
Transportation or logistics experience is welcome—but we’re willing to train motivated candidates who bring the right attitude and work ethic.
