What You’ll Learn: This is a full-scope, hands-on development track where you’ll master

• Sales Fundamentals – How to pitch, present, and close like a pro with real products and real customers.
• Sales Psychology – Understanding buyer triggers, decision-making patterns, and communication tactics that drive action.
• Leadership Development – How to lead from the front, train others, and set the tone for a high-performing team.
• Business Operations – How to build, track, and scale a sales team, including recruiting talent, setting metrics, and building culture.
