Administrative & Operations Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable assistant to support administrative, operational, and coordination functions across a dynamic environment. This is a hands-on role for someone who is detail-oriented, resourceful, eager to learn, and comfortable managing a broad range of responsibilities.
Responsibilities may include:
- Administrative and operational support
- Sorting and organizing mail and records
- Reviewing notices, documents, and correspondence and summarizing key points
- Property management coordination
- Collecting bids, comparing vendors, and reviewing proposals
- Researching and handling unfamiliar administrative or operational tasks
- Scheduling, organization, and project coordination
- Microsoft Office support (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote)
- Creating tracking sheets, comparisons, and organizational systems in Excel
- Managing notes, systems, and task tracking in OneNote
Childcare Support Responsibilities
This role also includes childcare support responsibilities as needed. The ideal candidate should be comfortable assisting with day-to-day coordination and maintaining an organized environment.
Responsibilities may include:
- Coordinating and attending children’s activities
- Assisting with transitions, outings, and daily logistics
- Supporting organization and operational tasks
